Follow the steps below to return an item to a Falconeri store:
1. Go to the Follow your order/return page or your Falconeri Club account
2. Fill in the online returns form and select the Falconeri store
3. Prepare your package and return it to your selected store
4. You will be refunded via the same method used when placing the order
